here, you have the mono skills on 1st hotbar, aoe on 2nd.
When using reawakening, gcd are on the middle line, in order, and use serpent tail on ogcd between them.

This setup is used for 12 button mouse + razer tartarus V2.

Hotbar 7 and 8 are for mono
Hotbar 9 and 10 are for Aoe
Hotbar 3 remain the same : used for healing stuff (+potion/food)

You need 2 macros here :
0 : is used to apply hotbar 7 on 2 and 8 on 1 (switch to aoe)
1 : is used to apply hotbar 9 on 2 and 10 on 1 (switch to mono)

Using this, you have the same combos on your 12 button mouse, and use the pad for buffs, lb, moovement
